"These ppl are scammers! They charge customers $3 just to use there card. They keep a sign posted that there machine is down even though it's not I guess to throw off investigators when they come. I asked for a short full set. Didn't realized I was charged an extra $8 until I was done jus for her to shape them. They over charge for gel as well. They are not up front with customers on there price practices at all. It's time to shut this place down! They come here pay no taxes and try to scam everyone that they can. I'm definitely contacting state board along with the Ohio attorney General! This has to stop!"
"Out of state and in Cleveland for an event. Not only open on Sunday, but the service level is parallel to the cleanliness, and the warm friendly staff. If a local, this would be the new spot, and if I'm ever in this area again I'll repeat. (Also they have more color change options then I've ever seen !)"
