"This is our 2nd (well technically 4th if you count the buy and sell separately) excellent experience with Allie. I should really stop my review right there, but what's better than a 5-star review from a repeat customer? On the sell side, Allie's vision for how to stage a home is unparalleled. Her photographer took stunning photos and her videographer really made the home shine. Take a look at homes with and without professional photos and videos and you'll see a real difference. The sale process for us, however, was not smooth (AT NO FAULT OF ALLIE'S). We had initial buyers whose feet got a little cold and they backed out with no legitimate reason given. It happens. This is where Allie came to the rescue. She re-listed the house that night and spent the next day making numerous calls/emails to potential buyers letting them know it was back on the market. We were under contract again less than 48 hours later. Allie gave great advice throughout this entire process, calmed our nerves and reacted exactly how you would want a realtor to respond to a tough situation. On the buy side, she was again phenomenal. We absolutely fell in love with a home and she guided us through the entire process. From what to initially offer, to her opinion on the inspection, she was there every step of the way and I'm not sure the process could have been any more smooth for us. Another added bonus in working with Allie is her large network in the Cleveland area. We were moving from a Point-of-Sale city and had a list of items to complete on a tight timeline. Her contacts proved to be a life saver. The list of loan officers she gave us were also excellent, and the moving company she recommended (Champion Moving) made our moving experience a great one.
