"Do not rent with this company! Renting a place is already expensive enough and with their properties it is not worth it. It is dirty and always maintenance problems. There was water leakage the first couple months of moving in. It took the maintenance crew to come out 3 or 4 times to fix that issue. Then had ant problems. Flies were horrible also. Very hard to get rid of them. I kept my place very clean so there should have never been issues. Never had so many problems living at a place in my life! They will over charge you with things that were already messed up before moving in. For example the light switches didn’t have covers on them and when they came to do inspections they charged us to fix them. Also blinds broken and they charged us $50 a blind to replace! When moving out I scrubbed everything top to bottom to get deposit back and they billed us over a $1,000!!! Crazy amount of fees towards us saying we didn’t sweep, mop, scrub toilet&sinks, clean baseboards, etc. We tried calling multiple times and no answers yet to look over the $1,000 move out fee. Please make sure to take pics of the place before moving in to show the condition of the place so that when you do move out there is proof you didn’t mess anything up. Take pics moving out also to show proof you have cleaned up so you can avoid the hassle I’m going through with the move out fee. Also to mention if you have pets the pet fee is astronomical!!"

"They keep upping rent every year person dat lives across from me is on social security and lives here longer then me as if they are trying to push him to the streets money hungry does not care about there tenants nor check there apartments before moving next person in! Your sign wit them welcome to hell!"

"If I could leave a lower rating I would. I urge you to do your research on this company before entering a lease with them. There were issues with the property we rented from them. We put in maintenance request multiple times to no avail. The house was falling apart around us. They would literally go in a few days after maintenance request were submitted and cancel but not fix the issue. At the end of our lease we moved and they charged us an astronomical amount including repairs to the things we reported to be fixed. We never received a final bill they sent our account straight to credit reports closed out the online portal right away so it couldn't be viewed and it has left us homeless for the last year. They changed our lease increased our monthly rent etc without our knowledge until an email after the fact. We cannot get a home because of the bill that we do not rightfully owe on our credit and we cannot even pay on it to help the credit bc we're having to pay so much to stay in the cheapest motel possible just to keep our children from sleeping in a car that we have nothing left after."

"The Neighbors Are Great- The Management Is TERRIBLE! When we first moved in, the place was absolutely filthy- paint stains on the floor and door, discoloration to the front door, dead flies on the windowsills, insect feces under the sinks, black grime on the shelves in the kitchen and bathroom cabinets and on all the baseboards, etc ). To their credit, All Serv Properties agreed to send in people to clean up the apartment (after I posted a negative review). They were also able to fix an issue with the lock on the front door pretty quickly. Unfortunately, that is where the positive Customer Service ended. The original agent we were dealing with either left the company or was assigned to a different property, and her replacement was (to be polite) "less than stellar." There were numerous issues (many of which were never resolved and I have needed to hire attorneys to resolve)- sometimes I had to send 10 or 15 emails just to get a reply! The worst was when we moved out. I assured All Serv that we would leave the apartment in better condition than we had found it...after all, we did not have any dead flies or insect feces to leave. Imagine my surprise when part of the initial deposit was withheld for "unknown substance splashed on door", "clean under stove" "replace window blinds" and "clean baseboards in all rooms." I contacted the property and let them know that the stain on the door and the dirty baseboards where there when we moved in. I also reminded them of the absolutely filthy conditions when we first moved in. They insisted that they would not change the amount of the refund, not even for things which existed before we moved in and had nothing to do with (the dirty baseboards and the stain on the door). I really liked my neighbors, but the headaches (literal and figurative) we suffered while living there are not worth it."
