"I went to his classes and thought it would be a good person to have in case of an emergency. Emergency came and in the beginning- it was great. He said the fee for coming over to let water out of my tank would be included in the overall price. Very responsive and very quick. BUT because I wasn't home he wouldn't accept payment from the person there despite having a check filled out. When it came to removing the tank and collecting the money, it took 2 months, and I called/spoke with his wife at least 6 or 7 times before he FINALLY came. The emergency fee wasn't deducted, he didn't know how much parts were, and he couldn't tell me his "hourly rate". Extremely disappointed in the customer service, honesty, and transparency. Work quality was adequate."
