"My daughters car was rear ended while she was home on break from college. No one was hurt but the timing could not have been worse as she goes to school 4 hours away. The crew at Crash Champions worked with the other persons insurance to get the estimate approved in record time so repairs could begin asap and set us up with a convenient rental for her to get back to school on time. Above and beyond that Crash Champions worked to return our repaired vehicle a day earlier than expected so we could meet her in the middle to swap the repaired vehicle for the rental. Overall 5 stars isn't enough - this is a 10 star situation. Thanks everyone at Crash Champions that made this happen."

"I’ve had car work done here twice. Both times I’ve had issues. The first time I brought my car in they didn’t replace a door clip and so a part of my car started to rust cause they decided to cheap out on replacing a part. I wasn’t unhappy with the job per se, even with the rusted door jam, so I brought my car back in again for redemption visit, and again the same thing happened. For some reason they decided not to replace the skin of my door and so they left a pretty noticeable door gap. When I went to go pick up the car, the guy who did the work on my car was nowhere to be found. I would’ve been fine with a little bit of paint chipped off here and there, but there’s also just large amounts of paint, not touched or repainted by Crash Champions on the sides of my door. Just overall very unhappy experience with this because I’m gonna have to pay to put money in to fix it again. Honestly, I would recommend people to go to another place."
