"I called Keith and told him I needed a laminate floor done asap. He came rite out and quoted a price of $1000.00 for 100 square feet floor. I said too high and he dropped price to $850.00. I gave him the go ahead. I was out of town for this. Keith did an excellent job in tearout and install,so I thought. When I got home there was no trim around the floor which is required so the floor does not move. I called that day with no response. The next day he did answer and told me I did not specify to use trim....he is supposed to be the professional on this job. He is supposed to know how to do the job right. On top of that, my housing manager had to cash a check to pay him as he does not have a checking account. I also did not receive a receipt for work done. I am in business and cannot use someone like this in the future. Be carefully and ask lots of questions before hiring this person"
