Lovely Nail Spa

"Go Elsewhere! There are plenty of fair priced nail salons doing much better work, who are not rude and who won’t make up pricing for “added things” My daughter had her first set from them, told them what she wanted and asked the price before they started. The price was $15.00 higher at the time payment was expected 40 minutes later. Way to overcharge a young person to have your product last less 24 hours before chipping/breaking- then to be told it couldn’t be fixed until the tech who did it was in? What!?! Way to back your product. When they graciously agreed to fix their product we were at first told we would be charged. However they didn’t charge her. *2nd appt… nails were again magically misquoted, when she asked the person about it they referenced she complained last time about something- she did a broken nail and was overcharged -Let’s see you charge for a nail trim, charge for a shape (pretty much any shape) oh and you charge for short/long… Teach your daughters to find a more reputable nail salon and someone who appreciates taking care of their customers, not lying to them."

"Terrible place! This is the second time going back to have this nail fixed due to the gel peeling off. Same thing happened over the thanksgiving holiday (photos attached) to all of my nails. That’s what happens when the gel is put on too thick and a rush slop job is done. Told the girl at the front desk it needed more acrylic put on and she argued with me saying it did not, still argued after I told her I would pay for the acrylic to be added then she got mad and ignored me. Never again will I go back here. I’m a professional and work hard for my money and the expectation is, is that I get what I’m paying for. Not giving customers what they expect and the product that is promoted is stealing. Gel polish is supposed to stay on until your next appointment."

"I went on Thursday and spent 60 dollars just for them to start falling off on Sunday and all I was doing was folding towels and when I called them and they said they would fix it at no charge and when I went in they told me they would have to charge me. I would recommend going somewhere else to get your nails done. Do not waste your time or money with this salon"

"The last time I went was horrible. I paid 150 dollars for a mani/pedi and I wanted regular polish but the tech said that for the certain design it'd be gel. I don't like gel because either they use cheap polish that does not last or it's because of my nails either way, not only did I pay for gel, and design the polish just came off and it's not even a week old. Complete waste of money not happy about it at all. I've had good experiences in the past but this one was not good at all just frustrated about the entire situation. Almost immediately after the nails were done I could see they were bubbling up ready to peel"
