"Very fair pricing for pedicure services. They have a lot of gel color options. But I would not recommend overall. Once I scheduled a pedicure and was told it would be a 45minute wait. Yesterday I had a pedicure and gel manicure scheduled for 12:00p. I scheduled in on Facebook. After i was sent the confirmation, I did not see the later messages that stated that time would not work, since I already had received the okay. I was able to get the gel mani done, and then a family of 5 walked in for pedicures and was seated before me. I ended up paying $79 for a gel manicure with easy nail art. The same evening, gel was peeling up on the side of my thumb and i noticed the color didn’t meet the sides of my middle finger. I messaged them on Facebook again to ask if I could have those nails repaired at no cost. They agreed. When i went in the next day, instead of redoing the nails that were done poorly, i was accused of filing the nails at home, and she just shoved more gel polish into the peeling portion. I’ve never received this poor of quality for $79 gel manicure. Update: 2 days later the thumb gel is half off because the technician just shoved gel into the hole instead of actually repairing the nail. I contacted them to request a refund and was told I was lying, that I only requested another top coat be put on, and that a refund would not be issued. Reporting to the BBB and never going back."

"I am not at all happy with my experience here. There was miscommunication issues since the beginning of my service and the end result and money i paid was not worth it. I made an appointment for 11 and didn't get called till 11:39. My technician took a long time and when I asked him how much the service would be, he didn't give me a response. That should have been my cue to leave but I decided to "trust the process" and I regret it. Not only was I late back to work, but the amount of money wasted was not even worth it. I do not like how messy under my nails look and how he made me bleed a couple of times with his drilling. I will not be coming back."
