"I’ve had my nails for a 2 weeks now I got them done January 29th and two have already fell off. NOT broke but fell off and no I wasn’t doing anything for them to have even fallen off so that’s concerning. I’ve gone to this shop numerous times and this has never happened. At this point I feel like I wasted my money on a service that wasn’t worth it because of bad retention."
"I did not get my nails done so I am only putting stats about the service. I called on a Saturday with hopes of them scheduling appointments. The male the answered, said yes and took my name and the time I wanted to come in. Great! Today, was my “scheduled appointment”. I walked in and they hadn’t heard of me, asked if I was sure I called the right location because they don’t do scheduled appointments. I made sure, told them they number so they understood it was correct. Was told there’s be a wait because there are two people waiting ahead of me. I don’t have time for waiting! That’s why I scheduled an appointment!!! Tell your WHOLE staff you don’t schedule appointments! I said never mind and didn’t even get an apology that the staff made a mistake! Rude!"
"Only giving one star because I liked the color that I picked out, however my manicure and jelly pedicure seemingly came with a side of infection & disappointment just 2 days after being serviced at their facility. That was my first & last time going, ended up costing a lot more than what I was expecting once it was all said & done."
