"I've been getting my hair cut here since 2016. I've seen three stylists. One stylist moved on to teach for Aveda. Another one did my hair for my mother's wedding (Emily, excellent stylist) and now I've been with Jordyn for 4 years or so. She's so good that my husband sees her too. Jordyn is able to translate my hopes and aspirations for my hair color and style and make them into a reality. She makes my hair more beautiful than I anticipated it ever could be. I've been growing out a bob for four years and am now well past my shoulders. She's magical. All of Square One salons I'd recommend. My favorite is the one in the cannery district on 3rd street. High ceilings in an old building with tons of exposed brick and charm. I've also been to the Centerville location downtown Centerville. The Brown Street location is convenient, and only drawback here is the salon is on the second floor, so the majority of the space is not fully accessible but I bet they could service someone on the ground floor by relocating some tools. A ramp enters from the sidewalk on the front entrance to a back patio where someone could conceivably enter via wheelchair for nail/spa services and retail. I would also recommend Beth at the 3rd street location. I've been there for a blowout before and she gives good attention to detail in styling. This is a brand of salons which maintains their stylists and managers and I can't speak highly enough of them. Picture is from the wedding being an adult flower girl. "Jauntae is amazing!!!! She got my hair ready for our big wedding weekend and I was so relieved to be going into a hair updo appointment ready with the highlights she gave me. We were actually getting our hair styled at a different location for the day of so we could do hair and makeup for everyone but Jauntae, who is my normal stylist, worked with me all year long to get it ready in regard to cut and color. I am a typical box-highlight ( I know) and it looks fine but can grow out harsh; she really figured out the blonde I wanted and it looked so great- making it so ready for my big day and all the days to follow. I have A LOT of hair and we did 2 sessions for planning purposes but she really got the highlight and tone perfect. I looks so natural and it looks like when it grows out a bit it will remain so natural looking. I cant tell you how many compliments I received on the color of my hair alone. She's got me hooked to getting my hair professionally highlighted and toned more often. I loved how she paid attention to small details and was obviously very meticulous with her work!"
