"The pedicure & manicure were fine, no problem. The reason for the 3 stars is how they made me feel. I had enjoyed the pedicure and manicure. The last thing that needed to be done was my nail polish. Someone, not sure if it was an owner, or manager, comes over to the gal getting ready to paint my nails and tells her to go up front and that she would do my polish because they had someone coming in at 5:00. What was I ? Chopped meat? And then to add insult to injury this gal rushed through doing my polish and I ended up with places that had polish on my cuticles. Oh, and they were just fine with calling me before my appointment asking if it would be OK if I came in 10 minutes later than my scheduled appointment. Guess my time didn't matter as much as the people coming in at 5:00. I will not be going back."
