"Was looking for a place last minute to get my nails done before traveling out of town for the holidays. They got me in the same day and I was so happy with my experience!! Nancy was amazing and soo talented with her nail art!! I typically just do a basic acrylic French manicure but wanted to do something different and fun for the holidays. She took her time to make sure my nail shape was perfect and provided many different options and suggestions until I found exactly what I wanted for my nail color/design. I absolutely love how they turned out and will definitely be coming here from now on. Thank you Nancy for a wonderful experience!"
"If I could give NO STARS I would! Booked my daughter’s homecoming mani/pedi. Pedi was great and no complaints. On the other hand nails were AWFUL … we did make the mistake of cutting the tips down too short but once she shaped we told her and she said it was too late. Here were our major complaints: 1) nails were shaped super inconsistently and off center, 2) the polish was clumpy and yellow, 3) the polish was all over her cuticles and fingers, 4) the technician yelled at my daughter bc she had tears in her eyes during the appt, and 5) we were leaving with my daughter in tears and both the technician and another worker were yelling at us even though I wasn’t asking not to pay. During the appt the technician made fun of girls coming to check in. By noon they were running over an hour and a half behind. It was atrocious!!!"
