"We had been having no end of trouble finding a contractor who would install a replacement range hood over the past 12 months. Either they wouldn't call back or greatly underestimated what needed to be done. We stumbled upon Shane and were immediately impressed by how thorough he was. Came out exactly when he said. Actually spent time unpacking the hood and reading the installation guide, took measurements, advised us that we would possibly need electrical work done, suggested getting better outside vent before installation to save time and labor costs. Out of everyone who would provide an estimate, he was the only one to actually do a proper site evaluation. The work was done properly and we are very happy. "Shane with Gotta Guy did an excellent job for us. We had them replace a water heater and humidifier in our home. Shane was very responsive and thorough communicating plans and schedules. He and his crew were very prompt and courteous throughout the process. They performed the work in very short order, on a Saturday, so we didn't have to wait 2 weeks for the schedule to open up. They performed the work quickly with great quality. We will definitely be using them in the future."
