"Saved My Trip- If there is ever a good time to get a flat on your way to CVG Airport, it is to have it happen close to ValAir!! I was about to cancel my plans when i limped into the lot. I guy named Mark assured me that they would take care of me. He drove me to airport, where I was last to board and when I returned back in a week, they picked me up and delivered me to a shiny clean car with a new tire on it. Very, very affordable too. Do yourself a favor and use ValAir EconoPark when you fly. I know I will. Ken Wilson Centerville, Oh"

"TERRIBLE HANDLING OF THEIR MISTAKE!! Called the office 2 days prior to my new arrival to let them know my travel plans had changed and I would be arriving a day earlier. The woman who answered the phone replied “thank you for letting us know” When I arrived the woman who answered the phone said “I don’t know where your car is but I’ll find it and send someone to get you,” 15 minutes later there is no shuttle, I called again and another agent notified me that my car was not in their premises and they had sent it that morning to get detailed. It took me calling back after waiting for 15 min to know that I was not getting my car that day. I had to order a $42 Uber to get me home. I called again to ask for details on when I should expect my car and when would I be able to speak with a manager to find a resolution for the problem their internal miscommunication had caused. To make a long story short, the owner calls to interrogate me on when I had called initially to notify of the changes, who I had spoken with since “they typically do not make these mistakes…” no apology, no accountability. Her tone was accusatory projecting the blame on me. When I tried to stop her to ask for a solution to the problem ie reimbursement for a $42 Uber and getting my car, she interrupted and said “there is no pleasing you!” I redirected the conversation to find the solution to this huge ordeal they had caused which really needed a simple solution, her tone was unprofessional and derogatory. When I asked for an itemization of the charges she was still listing an extra day and not discounting the Uber charge. I had to press on that to be corrected. She finally did, but not with a good attitude. This experience has been a very poor one. I felt I was talking with an annoyed teenager instead of a professional business owner. I will not be using them again as I believe mistakes can happen, but it’s all a matter of how the situation is handled and how a paying customer is treated."

"I had a great experience. I came back from Florida ( not dressed for snow! ) my car wouldn’t start and a lovely man named Lance helped me and we got my car started . He was funny and kind and made my day. Thank you Lance he should get a promotion!"

"Lance Alan and the team here are absolutely wonderful. The parking was gated at the self park and the prices/service were by far better than any on site shuttle I’ve used. My flight was delayed and with a simple call, they were immediately waiting for me for pickup. When I arrived, the shuttle also was there within minutes. Will be using again!"
