"I think this is the best parking option at CVG. The price is reasonable and the pickup is always timely. Every time I leave the other options I feel slightly robbed. And, as a Travel Advisor, I travel a lot… so I have a decent amount of experience. Here it’s overall perfection!"

"So the first time we used this place, we had a great experience. The staff were kind and helpful, the shuttle was quick and we had no problems. So we were like great, this will be our go to place. Fast forward to today when we used this service again. After we called the location from the airport for the shuttle, it took about 20min to arrive. Frustrating but whatever. The real problem started when we were leaving the parking lot. I had paid online for 5 days of parking at $8 per day. Starting from Sunday am until Thursday am. I had for whatever reason set my time leaving as 8am Thursday, but regardless I had paid for 5 days which included all day Thursday. The booth attendant told us that we were late for our check out time, and that we were “just trying to get away with paying less”, mind you we arrived at 11am… and again I had already paid for a full 5 days. He proceeded to charge us an additional $8, again whatever, but continue to berate us for some reason. Having no interest in listening to what we were trying to explain and somehow not understanding that the time thing was a mistake? He continued to spew rude comments at my husband and I saying we were “just trying to get away with paying less” and “we should try and be smarter”? Anyway, we won’t be coming back and don’t really recommend to anyone else either. No one deserves to be treated so disrespectfully."

"Double billed me and wouldn’t refund my money. Had to go through my credit card company. Also online they advertised as $5 a day. They charged me $10 a day on top of the double bill. Will not use again. Many other choices for parking. I suggest not using this parking lot."

"This is our favorite place to park when flying out if Cincinnati. The price for parking is some of the cheapest available, service is always prompt and the drivers are very friendly. The process for booking is fast and simple."

"So happy with our services we received from here. We had very early flights and airport arrival times. They were available and prompt, answered my calls and helped us load up. I felt safe with their drivers and leaving my car here. My car was as I had left it and their price for the week was very reasonable! Thank you for your excellent services!"
