"I love how this place has many options in foods and snacks BUT the service here is atrocious. I placed a pizza order through the app and the staff working the pizza section was busy playing on their phone or sleeping and not paying attention to orders coming in. The male at the front checkout was rude and annoyed with me asking when my pizza would be ready for pick up, considering it was never made. Then when I asked the person working the pizza section if they would make the pizza, she asked ME how to make the pizza... Why she wouldn't have just checked their system to see my order is beyond me. They should know how to make it... The girl was very dismissive and came off rude and did NOT want to do her job. My experience was frustrating and not welcoming and not helpful. The staff here needs to be trained and more attentive. Also, all the iced coffee and tea machines were completely empty.... Casey's - Do better and train your staff, and get off your phones. Corporate needs to get in this location and help management - clearly, because the way they are either training (which has to be minimal or NOT at all) is NOT WORKING."

"The staff is always friendly and inviting. The store/restrooms are always clean and well organized. My only complaint is the coolers aren't always stocked with products that I go specifically to the store for. Just a minor inconvenience but it's my go to on any other occasion. The reward system, Casey's App, is WONDERFUL!! Getting to use rewards points for Fuel price reduction or in store purchases is awesome!!"

"Place is nice get everything that you need like a speedway. But with better food. And the app is not bad, the app is easy to navigate and to earn points is easy too. But speedway app is a little better"

"It's really nice they have a lot of options for food and snacks.and it's usually really clean and has not to expensive gas. The employees have been really nice everytime I go in and try to get you checked out pretty quickly. But everytime I see a manager they are pretty rude. They ignore the employees when they ask stuff and basically just sit around is all I've seen. Today the manager actually wouldn't get up off of the register so the employee could check me out for me gas, and when she finally noticed she was in the way she only apologized to me and not her worker and still didn't end up moving."

"Decided to use the coupon received in the mail for a dollar breakfast sandwich. The Bridgewater location is not set up to pre order on line. Minus 1 star. Picked the sandwich from a heated display. Paid at the counter using dollar coupon. Went home and enjoyed a biscuit that was dry and crumbly. The egg looked like a yellow thin hockey puck. Minus 1 star."
