"Ordered 2 pizzas tonight and this Marcos doesn’t seem to be able to follow directions. I ordered one with extra cheese, both well done, both with Parmesan crust, and both with garlic sauce dipping cups. The pizza didn’t look like it had an extra cheese. Both were not well done, nor did either have Parmesan crust and neither had the garlic sauce dipping cups. I stop ordering from here about a year ago because they could get orders correct. I thought I would try again but it still seems they haven’t changed. ****update**** Marcos reached out to me and gave me a $25 credit. I will be ordering soon and will update the post accordingly."

"I’m sitting here at 1:10 minutes waiting for a salad and breadsticks/cheesy bread. I called the store and the internet manager told me it would be another 30-45 minutes. She could not look up my order, didn’t seem to know what I ordered and was just a rude idiot. Of course she charged my card $37 for a salad and bread. This is the Hamilton, Ohio store on Saturday Dec 2, 2023 at 7:00 PM. Then to complain to corporate they want to charge you money to pay for some kind of complaint service. This store is a scam run by idiots. Beware."

"The delivery store such as doordash Uber and Postmates are ruining the experience for small restaurants. It took them two hours to deliver my food that was said to be there in 30 minutes. I've lived in Hamilton 18 months and have been told it's hard to get an Uber out here. This is the truth. So I won't hold it against Marcos. With that being said the food tasted great but the wings were ridiculously small. I'll be going to roosters or frickers from now on. Again the food tasted great but the portions were tiny. Not worth my money."
