"The staff is welcoming, the fresh cookies lovely. Our first appointment for cleanings went well; however, when we had to return for my daughter's cavity everything went south quickly. I was charged nearly $1000 upfront to book an appointment for extraction and a spacer since it was a baby tooth. The dentist was incapable of pulling it after my daughter maxed out on novacaine. They did not have the ability to provide laughing gas. They did not offer any kind of compensation or reimbursement whatsoever and simply said we'd have to call another dentist to finish the procedure. I was told the owner/manager would call me and he did not. One month later, my daughter is still chewing on one side of her mouth due to a bad tooth and I'm out $1k. Would not recommend."
"I’ve been going to this office for many many years. Two previous doctors have retired. The dental hygienist who cleaned my teeth was very…..sloppy. Don’t know how to put it. I had water all over my chin..neck..and actually my shirt was wet on my back. Never attempted to wipe or give me something to dry myself. Maybe she did a good job of cleaning my teeth..but in 6 months when I go back again and get the same girl, I’m changing dentists."
