"My overall experience with this place hasn’t been bad, BUT…. buyer beware about some of the new vapes. Previous vapes we’ve purchased did not require batteries.. Well, we recently purchased a pricey one & it was supposed to be a full kit. After 24 hours of charging it, we were under the assumption that it was a defective product so we went back to the store & waited forever to exchange it. New vape is doing the exact same thing so my partner looked into it online and apparently this specific vape requires the purchase of a separate battery. It would’ve been nice to have been told this, when initially purchasing it or even when exchanging it for a new one. I’d suggest checking out the Stow location because the employees seem to be more knowledgeable about the products. We feel like we’ve wasted time and money. So make sure you ask if EVERYTHING including a battery is included when purchasing a new one, so you don’t have to go through this same hassle."

"As a former employee, I am pretty judge mental when it comes to customer service. I stopped in a little while ago, and Maria helped me out. She was by far the kindest and most friendly vapor specialist. I have worked with outside of management in a very long time. She was very knowledgeable, and made my experience of not being able to find the juice I wanted, surprisingly pleasant. That girl deserves a raise!"

"The staff is always super friendly and welcoming. 3 years later still have never had a single bad visit at ANY location but this one is my home base. The only thing that would be great is if they could bring the bottles of juice closer somehow as I am near blind and can’t see the flavors. I feel bad asking them to tell me what they are especially when they are busy."

"This place is not as good as it used to be. The staff changed, and with that went some of they key players that made the shop great. Lately their inventory has been unreliable at best. I have been forced multiple times to buy a new tank because they don't have coils or glass, just to again have to buy another because they don't have those coils the next visit. And now they rarely have my vape flavor anymore. They have now managed to run off a long time customer."
