"This place used to be one of the only good things about Cleveland. Now it's one of the worst. Bought a new vape while I was in town again after mine failed, and it didn't work out of the box. Brought it back a day later and they said there was nothing they could do. Had to buy a new one and I just left the one I bought yesterday with them so that hopefully they will look and see how defective it is and i would hope they took it off the shelf, but they wont since they obviously dont care. I had the previous model from a few years back with no issues over those three years. Should also mention that the employee working recommended this vape because of the requirements I mentioned but he also said that this vape didnt have the one thing i needed when i brought it back. (being able to push the button instead of auto draw) but i read through the instructions several times and spent hours working to fix it and he was wrong, hope you guys will get back to being a great shop eventually but i wont give it another chance.. You guys should have covered this defective device. I shouldn't have had to buy another. Ridiculous ."
