"I just want to post a review about FSI in Archbold, OH. I had a very good experience. My appointment was set for 9:00am pickup and I arrived at 8:35 am. From the moment I walked up the stairs to the shipping office, I was greeted by a very friendly worker who held the door open for me. From the worker to the 2 gentleman in the shipping office desk, they all were pleasant and friendly. They informed me that even though my appointment was set for 9:00 am pickup, it may not be ready until 1pm because they still had to make it. I also was told that it could be sooner than 1pm that I could be loaded. I was fine with all of that. I appreciated that they openly communicated the situation. I only waited until 9:29 am and I got a phone call from shipping and they gave me a door. I did get loaded with paperwork in hand at 12:33 pm. I'm not here to bash any bad reviews or anything like that. Everyone's experience is different. We all have jobs to do and it doesn't do any good to be mean and nasty to people when situations happen. We are in the food business and sometimes it takes time to make it. It takes time even for when you personally make food to eat at home. I proudly will post this review because I have been to many shippers and customers but FSI by far is what all shippers and customers should aspire to be. Even with my company having issues with getting this load picked up, FSI was still kind. They could have been jerks but they were not. My thanks to the shipping office and dock workers of FSI Archbold. For the drivers that understand that this is part of the job and our jobs aren't easy by far, you guys (FSI Archbold)being kind makes our days much brighter. I thank you and God Bless you all."

"As far as working goes here the job itself is pretty easy and can get boring at times but it's pretty laid back and you make good checks the only problem I have with FSI is management they don't seem to care about their employees their concerns and will avoid people at all cost.. management is overworked and gives people huge attitudes needless to say if it wasn't for management it is the perfect place to work"

"8/17/23 arrived 8pm Parked Overnight with no issues. 8/18/23 1pm appt checked in at 6am. Got a door at 10am. Done at noon."

"1pm apt , 7 am check in 7pm check out. Your 1st shift manager needs to check his attitude at the door and be more respectful of drivers, they are the ones picking up your freight and company reputation depends on you. If your freight is not ready, schedule is for a time when it will be, you don’t get 6 hours or 12 hours for that matter and you can’t take your anger out on people. Drivers beware. Definitely plays favoritism. Second shift manager needs a raise."

"Its a FCFS place from 7a to 3p. You have to check in by 3 but they're open until they load who was checked in on time. Took 6 hours to get loaded and they let me finish my break in their lot. Besides the time spent waiting its not a bad place. Friendly and efficient. But that's reefer trucking. You're gonna wait sometimes."
