"I put my deposit down 2 months in advance, the apartment wasn’t ready in time and I had to wait a week while they finished flooring. The floor looked horrible when I went to move, the apartment looked at though it hadn’t been cleaned at all, and it was absolutely infested with cockroaches. I hadn’t signed a lease yet so I just left. The only good things I can say about this place is that rent is cheap and Pat gave me back all my money when I said I wouldn’t live there, he did try to say he had no clue there were cockroaches though which I’m certain is a lie."

"If I could give zero stars, I would the landlord "PAT" is a slumlord and will not fix anything,roach infested apartments and he won't do nothing about it. But he will definitely take your monthly rent. I don't see how the city of Bolivar allows this place to remain open. This is all facts I have proof of everything so no it's not a lie"
