"Everything was fine for most of my time living here but there are alot of issues that they won't take care of. The slumlord is never in the office and doesn't answer the phone. They made up false accusations to get me kicked out then the landlords husband told me to go kill myself! This slumlord is as trashy as they come!! 0 out 5 stars don't recommend."
"BEWARE!!! Really unprofessional corporate office and extremely unprofessional manager on site. They don’t relay any information to you and make false accusations. Super shady slum lords! Office manager on site is extremely rude and fake. Life lessons learned to keep everything documented! My first apartment experience was ruined because of this. But for $429 a month I guess you get what you pay for."
"I currently live here, and When we moved in, we immediately started having a wasp problem. We contacted them, and they said they'd call the exterminator, and the problem was never solved. I ended up finding a nest and removing it myself in the winter, finding a place where they were getting in and covering it, however, It's currently spring, and I've watched them come into multiple places.. When we moved in, We had an issue with the Fan in the bathroom, and ended up falling from the ceiling, being held in by a wood screw of all things, I ended up putting it back up, it worked,but was still loud, i mean screaming loud.We contacted staff about getting a new fan, and they told us they had to order it. A month goes by, we ask about the fan, and they said they can't get their hands on that particular model, so, we've lived without one for 4 months +, aside from that, the counter's when we moved in were completely junk, and one fell apart, and one of the drawers constantly falls down. We're moving out soon. The plu is, this place is cheap, staff is friendly but, unmotivated. If you need a cheap place fast, this would work, but I'm not a huge fan."
"Would rate this zero Stars if possible the apartments wouldn't be too bad if the managers would actually take care of them. Instead they treat the residence terribly and are never in the office to contact or to make any repairs. Were also consistently high on the job extremely unprofessional."
"Apartments are old, but inexpensive. No matter how inexpensive they are, it's not worth it to have to deal with the manager there. Terrible!"
