"I have lived at Woodbine Apartments for almost 8 years. I don't have any plans of moving in the near future as I enjoy being here. Shopping is very convenient in every direction. The residents are very respectful and nice. The one thing that I like is the maintenance and office management. Even though these are older apartments, everything is maintained and taken care of. Fran, the Officer Manager has been very helpful and goes above and beyond to help when she can. She is our voice. I also feel very safe here and that is very important to me."
"I lived here for five years and I have never had issues with the staff or maintenance. I actually loved living here! I only moved out because I couldn't afford it anymore. It's safe and fairly quiet. They do raise the rent when your lease is ready to be renewed. I would definitely recommend if you can afford it."
"I hated it. I do not recommend it. They are the worst staff and the worst maintenance and upkeep. Stay away"
