"Have lived here for about 1.5yrs. It’s clean and up to date! They answer all inquiries within an appropriate amount of time. Each unit has enough space in between that the noise level is low if there’s any at all. :) definitely recommend"

"First of all, I want to commend Lindsey and Boulevard at Green for their generosity and community spirit. It's always heartwarming to see businesses giving back and supporting important causes! The raffle basket submitted by Boulevard at Green for a charity event that supports a local woman's shelter was phenomenal . The items were well-chosen and beautifully presented, making them very appealing to attendees. I especially loved the attention to detail in the basket - everything from the color scheme to the selection of products seemed carefully considered. Overall, I think Boulevard at Green deserves high praise for their donation of raffle baskets to the charity event. Their generosity and commitment to supporting their community are truly admirable, and I would highly recommend Lindsey and their business to anyone!"

"I'm lucky to be living here. Its an beautiful community and the staff are friendly. Amazing clubhouse and pool. They all adore our dog and give him some love and treats when we stop in the office. Its the perfect location and we moved into a brand new unit and haven't had many maintenance issues. The ones we did have were fixed in a timely manner!"

"Been living at Boulevard at Green since Jan 2021. We are thankful to have found a well maintained and awesome environment for our family. We love the amenities especially the pool during the summer. We live in one of the 3 bedroom apartments and love having so much room. The management staff is great and easy to deal with when you need something and maintenance staff responds quickly. We are thankful for the friendly neighbors and people that live here. It’s a great place for safe family living."

"Moved in when the property was managed by Vision, SPECIFICALLY to get away from our last apt complex that was managed by Banyan... 2 months later it was announced Banyan bought this property and in that short time there has already been a noticeable decline. Looks like they increased rent around $300 a month (was previously 1.4k) but cannot fix the issue of the CONSTANT overflow of trash. Also, since increasing rent and new tenants moving in, it seems more people are needed to move into 1 unit to pay for it, making parking almost impossible to find on a daily basis due to the increase in cars. The units itself are decent, but the fixtures are pretty cheap. Cant use the extendable faucet without the entire island and sink moving. I am all for paying extra $$ to ensure quality, but this company is all about greed and profit at expense of their tenants. They will send random emails about the office being closed on random days so you cannot get ahold of anyone, post notices about repaving the parking lot, make you move your car "or you will be towed at your own expense", and then never actually repave. They are on their 2nd attempt to repave after 2 months now (but still cannot figure out the dumpsters). Due to previous experience, I'm sure the entire property will reflect the current garbage situation in just a couple of years."
