"New Property Manager is unprofessional and uses profanity when talking to people who rent. She also doesn’t know how to read a lease agreement or follow what is written on the lease. She thinks that her word is above the legal contract you sign. For example the lease agreement says no smoking in unit. The lease never specified to not smoke on the premises. Yet she has said in person directly to stop smoking outside. Also she has said and quote “I don’t give a damn how much you’re paying rent a month I am 50 years old…” Her having menopause or not there’s not excuse to be in that position of power to be so unprofessional and disrespectful to your tenants. Age doesn’t give you a right to threat people of eviction just because you don’t like them or that you can’t read the lease agreement."

"The building and lease says it’s smoke free, no smoking, there is so much tobacco smoke smells in the halls & comes into non smokers apartment ☹️"

"Hello, If you’re looking for a place - I don’t recommend Glen Eagles Apt's. for many reasons: • They are over priced • Management Lies on his word • The apt's. are out dated, Hallways never cleaned and it smells. • Laundry is small washers & dryers, Cost is $2.10 each load- will not get your clothes cleaned or dried on the first time. • Management said there is security in the building, which is a lie as the side doors never would lock in place left open for anyone to get in if they wanted. Which I seen happen more than a couple of times. • Mail boxes were so small- that was painful to get your mail and sales ads out properly, plus they would always give you everyone else’s mail, didn’t pay attention. • If you ordered a big package, have fun getting it- could be weeks at a time. • Parking wasn’t convenient , to far from the doors to bring in your groceries or other things you need to bring in. • The #1 complaint I have with Glen Eagles apt's. is the management and making tenants who are moving out pay to have their Carpets professionally cleaned, Which I know when I moved in, mine weren’t professionally cleaned, its another way to steel some ones money, I feel I was a very clean tenant, paid my rent on time. Its very sad that Management their at Glen Eagles Apt's. can’t focus on the good of others and know the difference. Here's a photo of the clean carpet in my apt when i left- was charged $150.00 out of my Security deposit."

"Beautiful view of pool. Flowering trees, Beautiful grounds in spring, summer and fall, Adebo is a great manger and very visible and reachable when problems or complaints arise. I feel very safe in my apartment. The entrance and Foyer could Benefit from a update. Those areas do have free WiFi which is a great benefit.Neighbors range from young singles and couples with kids to retirees. This community has a great school district and accessible to 77 South and North."

"I lived in a single bedroom apartment on the 3rd floor for 3 and a half years (2013-2017). As a recent college graduate, it was an affordable option that was close to where I worked. Any time I had a maintenance issue, someone would have it fixed in less than 12 hours. The golf course path was great for running or walking a dog. No place is perfect, but if you're looking for a reasonably comfortable, affordable place to live, I would have to recommend Glen Eagles apartments."
