"FYI you pay for all utilities, and seventy bucks for a pet to stay here. Anything goes wrong it’s on you. They don’t disclose this at all when viewing. You also pay first last and deposit plus three hundred bucks over 3,200 to even move in. Place is a joke."

"Lived there. Difficult \ignored maintenance requests. Some issues taken care 1.5 years after requests and few weeks before I left. Charged ridiculous "damage" "normal wear and tear" fees with no explanations, some explanations make absolutely no sense. Asked for a review of charges, received a extra check for approximately $36. Management was literary non existent for a period of time while one manager was replaced with no manager. Take pictures AND VIDEO of everything before you sign a lease and then take even more extra care to video EVERYTHING working upon moving out."

"Rent has went up substantially. Things have improved some. But with none of the utilities included in rent not sure why it went up. Also the hours for office are in consistent. Where I lived before you always saw management walking around but here you don't."

"Don't rent here. Better off finding a house than what they are charging for rent. Lived here 2 years and they raise the rent EVERY YEAR. Also no garage space for cars and barely any parking."

"Good luck renting. If you’re a first time renter, they won’t accept you. They also rely heavily on your past employment, rather than your current situation (in the wake of a pandemic/quarantine). My current job is more than sufficient to pay rent for this place. My credit score is also very good. The townhouses are nice, but consider all of this before you spend money on the application fee or time sending all the info they require."
