"Wife and I have been renting a 3 bedroom , 2 bath duplex for 8 years now. Great place and nice neighborhood. If any problems come up they take care of them promptly. After 8 years they raised my rent, wasn't a lot, I was surprised so little in 8 years. After the school property tax increase I was expecting a lot higher increase and sooner."

"We own a home two houses down from Salter Services on College Avenue. There was nothing, but problems from the tenants. September of 2021, there was a lot of Meth dealing and problems in the area. I sent video recordings to Anthony Lemon of Wooster PD. and to Metro Housing Authority in Wayne County. Nothing was done to remove the ongoing problem until October 2022! I feel bad for any homeowners in the vicinity of slum lords. There’s a recourse for the problems and it needs to be made public."
"They always have been fine to deal with. I don't appreciate them hiking up my rent in the last year though. That being said, I do like my apartment and I would appreciate to not be contacted again regarding this review. I gave you 2 more stars just to be nice and less "spiteful". Don't push it though."
