"Just got off the phone with the manager. I was looking for a place for a short stay (less than six months) since I had a terrible experience with Airbnb. He gave me the run down and after explaining that I only needed a short stay - he yelled at me.. he never stated that his shortest lease was for 6 months. I told him it would not work out and he continued to yell and told me to not call him again because he’s too busy. Shameful Managment. This is a clear slumlord."
"Rip off land lord is in your business would give it a 0 if I could good luck getting your deposit back the owner told me to take him to court poor management all around never comes to fix anything always some one coming from the trails behind the buildings car and apartments getting broken into"
"My son went there and he put down a deposit and got a receipt and it said it was for apartment B. Then he received a call that that apartment was rented that he already paid to hold. The receipt had the apt it was being held for. Very unprofessional. Someone else told me that some apts had oders. More to the story! Needless to say if you can trust someone like that you can only imagine what else could happen. Legally they can't do that...but instead things come out in the public."
