"Horrible should be torn down. Mice infested. Roofs falling in. Asked to fix something they put band aids on it and call fixed. Parking lot worse than canton pot holes. Pine trees are over top of your car leaking in the summer. Maintenance and owners do the least and charge the most. Horribly ran"
"Tear it down or someone buy the place"
"Tenants are loud and disorderly, the apartment manager is extremely rude, tenants park along my fence and have damaged it, tenants have torn up my grass from parking on it, but if I park my car in their drive to move furniture I get told itll be towed. If you're a tenant here and park along my fence I'll be getting it towed. And cameras have been set up, another tenant hits my fence I'm suing you."
"This pace is a dump! Drug houses, and the landlord tries to push people around. Buildings not up top code. Apartments in very poor repair. Sewage backs up into the basements and they refuse to fix it. You can't speak to the owner, he refuses. They lie, show up in your home when you're not there. It's disgusting! It's no home for sure! Stay far away!"
"All I can say is don't clog your toilet after 5 PM because the maintenance guy will give you attitude to come and look at it. Sorry if you had to do your job after hours. Don't like it, find another line of work."
