Willoughby Hills Senior Apartments

"I live in an apartment with mold. Since August of 2023. I now pay my rent to the Willoughby Court. They do not care about you here. It’s pretty on the inside but they do not care about seniors. They do not care about our health or well being. Keep your family safe. Stay away from Clover Management buildings. The rent goes up and up every year. Last year it was $155 a month more."

"Paid for Mom to be on waiting list. After a year they called to let her know an apartment was available. She wanted to see it. They said they can't show it because someone is still there. Wanted her to commit to it without seeing it. Offered to let her meet them to at least see where it is in the building. Tried to set up time to meet. She and I have both tried to reach them for weeks. They will not return our calls. I'd like my money back since they will not return our call."

"Tami and Brian are the best thing that has happened here! The residents are the finest people I have had the privilege to live with. However, Clover Management does not appreciate its tenants. The linoleum is very thin and stained, the carpet sheds badly, the halls/stairways are not very clean. Additionally, this place is not handicap accessible. For this, they raise the rent $100-$300/month each year!"

"I've been in a lot of Senior Apartments but Willoughby Hills Senior Living is the best. It's so nice, you owe it to your self to check it out. Lots of activities, nice people, clean as clean can be. Well maintained. Excellent community room and amenities."
