"Today, I'm in love with my home, and I have lived in this building since 2016. (2 different floors). The things I LOVE about this building are: my neighbors, my patio, natural light, nobody messes with me, everyone is mostly friendly and polite-- I really couldn't ask for more with the rent I pay. However, I have seen some stuff. Recently I saw a roach on the elevator, and I've NEVER seen that before. I smelled mold last year in my apartment before they fixed the roof. Doesn't smell it now, but is it present? Someone once took a dump over Christmas break in the laundry room on my floor, and it took 3 days to get cleaned up...it was MASSIVE and they even left their giant pants behind. I received a notice on my door, with no envelope, that ANY of my neighbors could read, that was threatening and said things that don't actually pertain to me, to the point of eviction, AND IF they'd have read my lease, they'd have known that they had the wrong person/ suite number. Maybe I'm just old school, but that maybe warrants an apology, especially when confronted face to face. That kinda bummed me out. In short, I do honestly adore the staff, as a majority. I love my apartment, my neighbors, the maintenance dudes and chicks are professional and well mannered, and having been here as long as I have, it's been a good experience. I've had way worse apartments. If you're looking for a problem, you'll find it, but if you count your blessings, they may actually outweigh your problems. Lastly, if you're a plant person, you can't beat the amazing patio and natural light, which my cats also enjoy. Never hear a lot of riff raff, my neighbors are the best neighbors, it's peaceful and quiet and my heat always works!!!"

She has helped me so much through the process of moving and been so understanding of changes I had to make due to personal time frames. "Do NOT move here!!!! ROACH INFESTED! My boyfriend has lived here for a year, in the leasing building and from the very first day of move in, there has been nothing but issues. German roaches were an issue from the very first day we moved in until the day we moved out. Maintenance sent an exterminator about 3 times who placed bait in our kitchen, and that was it. This didn’t help the issue! Neighbors have roach proof powder outside their doors, you’ll see an occasional roach in the hallways as well. The trash shoot is always overflown. Parking is ridiculous. It’s “normal” to come home and not have a single parking spot available in the whole complex. Common areas are dirty. Office staff are rude. You constantly hear neighbors fighting & domestic violence situations. You’d think you were living in the projects! There was also a leak that ended up leading to something that appeared to be black mold. The leak was fixed, the moldy carpet was not. We also went half of our lease without cold water in the shower. Police are here multiple times a day. Only positive: the apartment was spacious. Just do yourself a favor & do NOT move here."
