"Not a good experience. Corporate will try to squeeze every penny out when you move out. They do not keep up with fixes & repairs. Would not recommend to my worst enemy."

"I live here and they let people park anywhere they want including the handicap parking spot. It is inconsiderate, rude and selfish to take these spaces when one is not handicapped. Management don’t do anything about this matter. Why offer handicap parking when you don’t enforce the RULE! This is frustrating when you’re driving around at midnight looking for a spot to park, but does prove that people respect the sign. Really considering moving if nothing gets done soon!"

"We really enjoyed our time at Ashton Place Townhomes. Amanda, the prior property manager was, okay. When she managed the property, we moved into our place and realized it hadn't been cleaned at all. It was corrected that same evening and we did receive a refund. Later on there were a couple odd things that happened with her that were simply, unprofessional. When James, the new property manager, came in there was a clear difference in management. We really appreciated James' ability to communicate, resolve any problems that arose, and his ability to go above and beyond for his tenants. Maintenance was usually prompt and effective. When it was delayed, it was out of the hands of the property and due to third parties not running their businesses properly. You could tell that they became more responsive to feedback and were really working hard to keep things nice. It does help to let them into your place whenever they ask so that the job can get done asap. This is one of the few places in the area that allow large dogs, multiple dogs, without over-charging you for loving your pets. I do think the price was a bit high for the general lack of amenities and spotty landscaping maintenance. But, like I said, one of the few places where you can rent with your pups. The neighbors were fantastic and we do miss it!"

"Pros - Really nice renovated interior of the apartments. Not to mention at a great price! - They give a military discount for every month - Pet friendly! While I can't confirm if there is breed restriction or not, I have seen many dog breeds here that are usually banned so I know this is definitely a plus for a lot of people - The maintenance in addition to the people in the leasing office are all very friendly. I'm not sure why people say everyone is rude. I have never had a rude encounter with anyone that works for these apartments."

"My wife and I love it here! James is awesome and on top of everything. Our townhouse is beautiful and our neighbors are nice. We have two dogs, so it’s very dog friendly that’s a huge plus."
