"I had low expectations so I am happy. I wanted a cheap, no-nonsense place walking distance to the Wadsworth square and I that is what I have. Elevators do suck, though."

"I personally like Lincoln Manor Apartments. It has come along way within just a month of getting new management. It is now clean and little maintenance problems are now being fixed! It is shaping up for a turn around. It just needed a better manager to be honest. I like it because it is quiet and I feel safe here. I have NEVER seen anyone looking shady by cars or stealing things while here as stated in other reviews. Also, to address another review, none of my packages have been stolen ( And I have at least 5 packages sent here a week). Sounds like people are just ragging on them (probably for not paying rent, being a bad tenant, and getting evicted, etc). They have always been responsive to my maintenance requests and have done so in a timely manner! The maintenance guys are very friendly and are willing to help out. All in all, I like living here! I'm 24, and there's a good mix of tenants young and old! So, you can always connect with someone here!"

"If your looking for a nice safe and quiet place to live then look no further. The building feels really homey with really good cooling and heating. With recently updated security cameras and we'll maintained utilities, it makes for a great place to live along with thick soundproof walls to make you feel at home. The other tenants are very welcoming and a pleasant."

"During my 3 year stay here, office management changed constantly. The elevators hardly ever work. It's so bad even the company that fixes them have stated that the elevators are over 50 years old and management won't replace them. It's like putting a piece of balsa wood over a pothole and claiming it's safe. Security here is laughable at best. There are only camera outside and in the lobby. Right before I left, a resident had their on-site storage unit broken into and another resident had wheels stolen from their car right in the parking lot. Needless to say, I didn't feel safe at this rundown rat hole."

"I lived here for 2 years never caused any problems and paid rent on time every month. Never complained when they went through 20 different office people and messed up my online payments. My family goes through a rough patch so I had to let my brother and mother live with me and some damage to the walls occur and for that reason alone they refuse to renew my lease even after I had taken steps to have the damage professionally repaired and willing to provide receipts. If your a good renter don't move here they are very unsympathetic towards any sort of minor problems that occur and unwilling to work anything out with you even if you have a long good standing with them."
