"I was considering a two bedroom before reading the reviews. I am a reviewing under a different name. I was curious to learn how often does the rent increase. or At least i should have asked what are the chances of it increasing. I think I will opt for a 1 bedroom if I am going to rent. I do have a preference for the vicinity, and a lower unit, because a unit on the first floor I will stay longer."

"My fam lives here but, I've visited quit often. For the most part the area is really nice but, for the cost of living there is unreasonable!!! They should be ashamed of themselves! You shouldn't go up on rent every year with no added amenities! The apartments are spacious and decent as far as the layout. It's quiet and originally worth the cost. Now...not so much! The pets in her building has caused orders in the hallway. I love pets but, maintained. There are no elevators and she stays on the 3rd floor. Imagine carrying groceries up flights of stairs by yourself! Not an ideal spot for a big family in my opinion. The pool was not open for over a year! Furthermore, they don't have all the amenities they should have for the cost of living. She can have a whole big house in a beautiful area... Possibly the same area for the cost, with more privacy. I suggested my sister to move and she plans on it!"

"I’ve lived here for 2 years. They have risen the rent $200 since I moved in. With no seen improvements. It’s actually a complete joke. I am not about to pay $1400 for rent! Once I move in my rate shouldn’t change. I get leases expire but since I’ve moved in my rate should be locked in. My wage hasn’t increased, and I quite frankly can’t afford this. What rise in cost is there truly to the community? As I see since I’ve moved in nothing!! Am I paying management to take more smoke breaks?"

"Cute Apartments, but the day we had come to sign papers our unit had some issues that made a same day move in (as scheduled) incompatible. This was about a year ago. Management did agree to refund the deposit but we had to wait for it to be mailed to us. Ended up leasing elsewhere. Make sure to do a walk through before taking possession of any rental, Eaton Ridges or elsewhere."

"If you want to live in an overpriced ghetto, then this is the place for you. Management is worthless here. I have had a neighbor above me continually throw the contents of their cat litter box over their balcony into my grassy area by my patio with nothing done. Another neighbor feeding feral cats that are running all over the place. This is the worst experience I have ever had living somewhere. I am embarrassed to say I live her and can’t wait to move."
