"Well managed and it stops there. Poorly insulated. Leading to high utility bills. Only has wall mounted air conditioning units. Leading to higher utility bills and cold winter wind entering unit through spaces in wall mounting. Has thermostats in most rooms but will get temputure fluctuations that make no sense from one room to another. Doesn't offer free water.. Other appartments do. You also will need to buy a washer and dryer. The one bedroom lofts results in higher energy bills and cold in the winter, hot in the summer. Normally, raise rents annually. Other apartments don't. Initial review of the Arbors was written four years ago. That's how long it took the owner to respond. Question the accuracy of the response. Also, note the likes and the views."
