"The employees that work there think that it is perfectly okay to scream and cuss at people who are paying to stay there. That is completely and utterly unacceptable the women who did so needs to get fired immediately and they need to train their staff a lot better if they have at all."
"leaky windows for years. in the living room, bedroom and my bathroom ceiling had water issues, in two places. its a great feeling having cold water drip on you to help you wake up when youre going the bathroom in the morning. things never got fixed in a timely manner. had cosmetic damage in my bathroom until i moved out once they got the leaking under control. never got any discount or anything off of rent for the water issues. ooh didnt have hot water for like a week too, while they 'replaced ' the tank. total joke. wouldn't recommand anyone to go here unless it's your last choice."
