Yorktown Towers

"I lived here for a little over 18 months and i loved it! Jen and Kim in the front office are amazing and take care of any concern you have swiftly. Any maintenance request is usually done same day or the next! Although the units are not renovated, they do their best to upkeep them. They even clean the garages and sweep your balcony every so often. They performed maintenance on the property often and give you very fair warnings of any construction or any entry that may be necessary. My only complaint would be the WiFi. They go through my cox and for someone that does school from home (lots of zoom and proctored tests) i did have to purchase a higher plan. The apartments are super spacious and the hallways are clean and quiet. Parking is ample. No washer in unit but there are washers on every floor that are always available. I did utilize Laundry42 up the street for my comforter due to size but that was personal preference."

"Kim and Jennifer are amazing! They went the extra mile for me and my fiancé with our whole application and approval process. We move in January 26th so I will update but I expect to love it there. We are getting a completely renovated apartment all stainless steel appliances, brand new everything! They have a unique application process it’s a bit different criteria than other apartments in the area but still are strict with who they let move in. When I toured before it was very clean and peaceful there. Actually Spacious 1150 sq feet 2 bedroom 2 full bath apartment which is hard to find— with a balcony! I hope it lives up to the hype."

"Apartment staff is incredibly helpful and kind. During a family emergency, they helped my husband and father-in-law significantly. They are true professionals and really treat their tenants like family. Our family is very appreciative of everything they've done for my father-in-law both now and also over the many years he's lived there."
