"I love Loving Living Here! I also Work here at Oak Brook Gardens. I love my co workers an my Bosses! They are awesome to work with! This is The best Cleaning Job I’ve had! I’ve been cleaning for over 13 years possibly longer now. This is by far my favorite cleaning job ever! I couldn’t be happier! I’ve been living here for about 3 years I’ve had no issues! Friendly people. me an my boyfriend an My pets love it here. I remember My One cat I moved him to my first Parma apartment he didn’t like it too much. An I can tell he wasn’t happy. Once I move here to oak brook I can tell A Drastic change in him. He’s been so happy an he made him self right at home. I know cats sense stuff an I think he sensed that this place was safe. I was so happy to see him so happy. We just got a kitten friend for him they are happy an loving this place. We are moving into another 2 bedroom again. so our cats will love it! All an all this is one of the best Places I’ve lived. they work with you When it comes to Renting an apartment. They are Friendly. I love living here also because it’s safe out here an also because I pay less bills living here only have to pay for Rent an Electric an obviously If you want Internet but they pay for everything else. So I’m happy here. I can say this will be my Forever home! I totally Recommend this place."

"Basically the worst part about this place is maintenance’s lack of work ethic and effort. A light outside a building flashed for 6 months even when they were fully aware of it, someone’s screen fell out of their window a year before I moved out and it was still on the ground when I left. There was never any salt out down in the winter. When we moved in, it was fantastic but the crew at the time left because they weren’t accommodated to according to their actual good work they did. They brought in a crew that couldn’t work with less effort if they tried. I give two stars because it was really good at first and I got lucky with my great neighbors. Maintenance get 1 star because they at least show up to their job."

"The maintenance is always so quick to fix any issues we've had. Charlotte in the office is the sweetest, she keeps up with everything administrative and does a great job. Apartments are not brand new obviously however they do a very good job keeping up with maintenance. They repaired many balconies in the complex this year, replaced the railings. Not sure what else that entails but its nice knowing they are taking care of the property. They did some work at the front door of our building, possibly releveling the floor? Cleaning is kept up with in the common areas. One negative thing is that whoever plows in the winter does a really terrible job. They don't shovel the walk ways to the doors. As it gathers you are walking in knee deep snow. They only plow one line through the snow which pushes the snow towards the garages and creates a huge pile in front of the garage and a behind cars parked which makes it impossible for people to get out."

"Worst place to live. They won’t fix things that are broken. They don’t know how to plow when it snows. Had to miss at least 3 days last winter because they refused to plow the lot. And don’t get me started on the pool. It’s NEVER opened. But they claim that your rent isn’t used to keep up with it. When I moved in a few years ago they were better. But they have just gone completely downhill. I can’t even get anyone to call me back to get my security deposit back. Will never rent from the company or any of their buildings again!"

"18 year olds are not able to be considered for these apartments even when moving in with a 22 year old and did not say up front had to figure it out. Also won’t let you enter in you have 2 jobs at once so not very accurate income “check”. Also over a month to get the deposit back?!?!?!? I’ve never heard of place taking that long a little ridiculous they have my money for an extra 30 days after I was told I can’t rent here."
