"Sedona is great. She was very responsive and gave valuable feedback. Great phone etiquette and definitely cares about the people that walk in that office. Would give her another star if I could!!"

"I lived here before I was married and loved it! The apartment was nice, and well kept. Really uneventful, which is good. When I moved out I got my deposit back easily, it was a great place for me with many good memories"

"lived here for years and it was decent until we moved to a new building which had a smoker in the building. the entire building smelled like smoke and my entire apartment smelled like smoke. the office said he was allowed do to this as per the lease. I also asked the neighbor directly to please smoke outside and nothing changed. I have asthma and was having severe breathing problems daily, and my cats also had breathing problems that caused them to be put on medication, which was relieved as soon as we moved out. I couldn't have guests over for more than an hour due to breathing conditions. don't live here unless you're ready to smell strong smoke in your own apartment everyday - not worth the $1,400 price!"

"I lived at Hampton Club for 4 years, September 2019 to October 2023, at 12967 building apartment 311. Based off my experience I do not recommend this apartment complex due to the lack of cleanliness, lack of maintenance, lack of parking, and general attitudes of office staff. Number one issue is the trash disposal that only seems to worsen. When we first moved in, they have a trash compactor (that was always full) and several dumpsters located in Spruce Run apartments that we could use. The compactor area is always full with bulk furniture, overflowing trash on the floor and bees nests. This issue only worsened when they removed all the dumpsters. Next would be the lack of maintenance, in my apartment we had an issue with the toilet attached to my master bedroom never working. The water would run every 3-4 minutes. I had maintenance come in at least 4 to 5 times to fix this issue and they never could. For 4 years we had to turn the water off and on to use the toilet. The fridge and freezer would run constantly, the freezer could not keep temperature so all the food in there would get frostbite. Last is the general attitude of the leasing staff and the maintenance staff. The leasing staff was nice at first but after we raised concerns during our move in inspection, it quickly changed where they were rude and never returned any of my calls. I informed the maintenance staff that I was working from home (during COVID), due to the nature of my job I had to be in a private closed off room where no one could see my computer screens (to protect client information). Any time I explained this when they would come to look at the toilet, they would ignore it and come into the room anyways while I was on the phone with clients. The parking was a joke. I had to park in Spruce Run parking lot at least once a week because there was not enough parking. We would get threatening letters of towing our cars, even though that’s where the leasing office told me to park. The building door never closed all the way, so it was not secured entry. The mailbox does not close due to the lock being broken since move in. These were all complaints I told leasing and maintenance that were ignored. There are no cameras on the buildings or parking lot. I would like to add that we never received a water bill. They would add the amount of the water and sewer to our automated payments along with the rent (without consent). When I asked to receive a water bill, I was never able to. Overall, for spending nearly $1,400 a month I would not recommend this apartment."

"Lived here for one year and I loved it. Clean, newer, apartments with several floor plans. I was in a 2 bed 2 bath vaulted ceiling, balcony, in suite washer/dryer, new appliances/carpet, central air unit. Staff is polite and professional, maintenance is quick and polite. The demographic includes all age groups but mostly younger professionals that I noticed. Pool area is decent and includes access to a gym, a large clubhouse with pool table and study area w/computers accessible by key card only. Quiet area of North Royalton with quick access to highways, malls, supermarkets, banks really everything. Police response is very fast but will pull you over late at night guaranteed. The apartments come w/optional garage space with remote control doors. Car wash area in parking lot. Overall good experience and I would live here again."
