"Loved living here! Big washer and dryer in unit. Personal garage comes in clutch especially during the winter or if parking is taken. And by far the best leasing and maintenance team that I’ve ever dealt with. Pattie and Joe are awesome and answered any questions or fixed any problems I had almost immediately. Not to mention how big the units are. The only drawback for me was that there is no patio or balconies. Had to move because prices went up but I would still recommend if it’s within your budget. Hope this helps!!"
"I give Patti and the staff 5 stars, never had issues in the 5 years I lived there. If anything ever needed repaired, staff is quick to fix. Apartments are large but pretty dated. The walls are very thin, so you can hear neighbors yelling or dogs barking. Overall great apartment for the price and square footage."
"I’ve been here for 5 months. When I starting looking for a apartment Cambridge courts was on my list to call, I was happy that it’s pet friendly here. Patti was so good with getting back to me about questions and went above and beyond to get me in the apartment. When I had a issue she took care of it. She’s always pleasant and enjoyable to talk with. I give her 5 stars!!"
"I appreciate that you can have up to 3 dogs and the open space in the apartment is nice. The neighborhood is pretty good, and the apartments themselves are in fair repair. People can smoke in their apartments and pets often pee in the apartments, which make the hallways smell horrible if your neighbors don't clean up since the smells leak out. The lawns flood every time it rains, making it muddy from August to June so invest in a quality pair of rain boots for you and your dogs. Maintenance doesn't clean up the bins for dog poop unless someone asks. Having a washing machine in the unit is nice, and I like the large window in the living room. The kitchen isn't super up to date if you're looking for something modern. The Formica counters are pretty ugly. The carpeting is actually really nice and didn't smell at all when we moved in. The large closet in the master bed is great and has enough room for two people. Overall, this isn't the best apartment I've ever been at, but it's not the worst either."
