"DO NOT rent at 201 rose lane in North Canton. The building is infested with roaches and Ashley, the manager, refuses to believe there are any when I have pictures of everything. We lived there for 8 months and ended up getting bed bugs and roaches. There were bed bugs in the hallway and Ashley still tried to say we brought them in. I took pictures of the bed bugs in the hallway and all they did was kill the ones they saw and did not treat the hallway. Two apartments on my floor were infested so bad that they had to be heat treated. The entire time we lived there, there were roaches and one ended up in a cup I was drinking from and Ashley did not care. The laundry room was infested and again, Ashley tried to say how there weren’t any. We had to get the health department involved but there are still roaches there. I have pictures of everything too! Ashley should not be working in property management and it is insane how I cannot reach anyone above her. Does no one monitor how she treats other tenants and what she does? She has the biggest God complex and her actions need to be reviewed. I even reported this company to the Better Business Bureau and they didn’t even care to respond. According to other reviews, I’m not the only one who has had issues with Ashley and maybe something needs to be done about that."

"These are the worst property managers I have ever seen in my entire life. I have made call after call after call as well as sent email after email about a problem I have been having for weeks almost months on end now and all they’ve done is ignored me about it every single time. Problems that I have had to get the police involved multiple times because the management won’t handle anything. I feel as if my next route I’m going to have to take is going to civil court and filing a lawsuit I already have all the justifiable evidence needed I feel like I have no other option but that."

"I’ve lived in Tudor Arms complex for 3 years now. They hire the worst people to work in the office. Can’t even keep people in there to begin with. As a company who manages multiple properties, maybe it’s time to sell to people who actually care and can manage and maintain these apartments. Because clearly you guys can’t do it. We pay $947 a month for a two bedroom apartment. All closet doors are broken, foundation problems, ant infestation outside getting into apartments, missing cabinet handles, peeling paint, mold, no lawn care, no one responds to messages. You guys better get it together. Broken mailboxes, broken lightbulbs, people stealing electricity from the buildings, no locks on the building doors, no cleaning team to clean the buildings. Get it together people! I sent a message to corporate so I better get a response or im contacting a lawyer!"

"They are a slumlord. Lower level apartments flood. There aren’t any handrails at the steps outside. Landscaping is mostly mud. Lightbulbs in dark hallways are burned out or not working. Outside lighting is in disrepair. DO NOT RENT FROM THEM!!!"

"They recently bought out my apartment building which was owned by one guy. They put up fliers on everyone’s door saying that this is going to be so great and exciting for us. Within a few months of them taking over, someone got evicted (lived here for 5 years and never saw anyone get evicted before), one of their employees set fire to a vacant unit and 17 firefighters had to put it out scaring all the residents to death, and now I find out they are raising our rent prices by $189/month. The only work I can tell that they did since they bought out the building, was change a few light bulbs. They have caused more harm than good and now have the nerve to up everyone’s rent. I would stay as far away from this company as you can. This is a parent company that oversees many different apartment complexes. I’m currently looking for a house because them upping the rent for no reason is unacceptable. They probably just need money to repair the damaged unit that THEIR EMPLOYEE caused."
