"DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY AND TIME MOVING HERE!!! this place is terrible. let me list why: -maintenance is terrible and doesn’t do their job right. the landlord spends the minimum requires for fixups -the bathrooms are dirty and moldy because most of the pipes leak (see photos) -there are centipedes and millipedes and spiders EVERYWHERE. the “anti-insect spray” they put down is a joke. -the landlords call line is fake?? i’ve called it at least 2 dozen times DURING THEIR AVAILABLE hours and not once has it not sent me to a robotic woman’s voice message. -the water that comes straight out of the sink is often rusty/contaminated/yellow -there is no air conditioning or center heating system -it costs $1:85 to do your just wash your clothes downstairs in a filthy dusty room covered with cobwebs and bugs -it costs another $1.85 to dry them -the washing machines are only accessible with the use of a card, that can only be reloaded with cash in the form of 5,10, and 20s ONLY. stupid inconvenient. -the walls are paper thin you can hear EVERYTHING your neighbors are doing -the way the place is kept is just terrible. i think someone comes to vacuum the leafy, dirt covered, foot print trecked floor maybe once a month. -all stairs, no elevators. -the side door is always locking (bc no one has fixed it) so you have to go all the way around -the hallways look straight out of the shining -if you have a lake facing window you’ll have even more bugs to deal with so yeah. all in all, this place sucks, take my word for it. i personally would never move here again."
"I’ve scheduled a showing for months now and when I say months, MONTHS. Literally the day of they reschedule my time for the showing every single time since I’ve scheduled it the first time. & the showings would be months and months in advance. I don’t know what’s the real deal here is but it almost seems like a scam idk. It’s very disappointing when I was move in ready & was willing to pay months in advance. Smh."
