"This place is soooo gross and dirty ! Looks can be deceiving! They have the audacity to charge for a pet fee when we should be charging them for a roach fee !! The management sucks they never answer the phone or fix anything when you need them to!"
"All in the 2nd month of moving in My "new" refrigerator handle broke, my toilet wouldn't flush, the closet door broke in my 2 rooms, it smells like weed and cigarettes because people smoke in the hallways. After my 4th month, the 3 washers broke and it took a week to fix then they raised the prices on them. There's garbage literally EVERYWHERE. I have a pic of heroin needles by the mailboxes, cops came to my apt because someone was using my address and there considered armed and dangerous and then my uber eat driver got jumped outside of my apt building. Don't move here. Go literally anywhere else."
"This is the worst place ever. The managers are so rude when you ask them questions or they fake a smile so they look like they are being nice. They would give you notices saying your too loud when it's not even you its the people below or above you making noise and you get blamed for it. They will give you bed bugs. Once a complex, just one have bed bugs the whole place will have them. Even if you have pest guys come it doesn't matter they will go to the next building and then come right back to yours. No one gave us bed bugs. The place did because one night my significant other accidentally kicked where the pipes are in the wall by the bathroom and they were all in the corner of our bed where the pipes were. The maintenance men suck at what they do. Someone kicked in our door made a police report about it and he just fixed the lock and the door frame. But did not give us a new door handle he said we can buy a new door if we want. Why should we pay for a door that we didn't broke. We had a leak on the wall from the people above us not sure what happen why the wall bubbled up like it did. So the guys came and fixed it but did not paint the wall where they plastered it. They just left it and they said they will come back but never did. If I could give them a -5 star rating I would. Worst first place to live and will never go there even if friends or family live there."
