"My parents lived here for years and took extremely good care of their apartment.They moved out almost 2 months ago and this place won't return their security deposit. No answers why! Just games from the onsite manager and corporate. That is the last thing my 77 year old veteran father needs while dealing with cancer and a sick wife. Now he has to file a claim in court. Beware of this place. **update** the security deposit was returned nearly 3 months later, even tho Ohio law clearly states it is to be returned within 30 days with an itemized list of deductions. The deposit was minus new carpet (3 years living there and I have pictures that a cleaning was all that was needed) holes from hanging pictures (don't hope to make the place feel like home and DO NOT let maintenance help hang anything, they did and were charged for the holes), and for a leak under the kitchen sink that they couldn't get maintenance in to fix! I took thorough pictures. I have asked my father to seek a lawyer, but with radiation for cancer and my mother having so many medical problems, he doesn't have the energy to fight it. Please use your best discretion when choosing this place as your home. Know you will not get back your deposit in the time allowed by law and in its entirety."

"On site manager is the only respectable... Honest...caring person in their management... Without notice we recieved a 3 day notice of eviction on our door... their corporate office in Buffalo said we didn't pay security deposit...pet deposit ...fee for storage room.... and they lost one of two checks ...(they found one of them...they misplaced)...Nobody ever contacted us before leaving notice on door to let us know there was an issue...so I contacted a lawyer who sent them a letter....If we didn't pay those deposits ...how did we move in a year ago...????...The new on-site manager did some research..and BINGO !!! she found the errors. We're unable to find the one missing check reciept...so we also contacted the former manager who verified that we had paid all rent and deposits...but their corporate office ( general manager) ..didn't care...or even tried to make contact with the former manager for verification... ( I reminded her that they made errors that the new manager found and one of the lost checks they found)...so we had to pay again...We are not the only residents that this poor bookeeping ( on their corporate level )that this has occured with....and they too were and some have been given eviction notices....now the grass has yet to be mowed...( Tried to Post pics here but couldn't..) so the grass is almost a foot high...and is causing allergy problems for some of the older residents...The walls are cracking and splitting in some apts..( buildings only year old...they said it's the building settling...)..they replaced a hallway floor on an upper level so older residents wouldn't fall..We are moving immediately..and by law they MUST return our security deposit within 30 days with interest minus any repair deductions...We expect a full refund ...but from what we have been told ..the corporate office in Buffalo doesn't follow the law when it comes to returning deposits..Our lawyer is on stand by.
