"Dr. Davis is a fine dentist, but I won’t be returning to this practice due to scheduling issues and an inability to get ahold of someone. First, I wasn’t notified that their practice in Aurora was relocating to Beachwood. Then, after making a new appointment after having missed one due to this oversight, I had to make a follow up for some questions I had because they could not locate my records from the Aurora location. So, I made a new appointment for six months out, only to receive a call a couple of months ago saying that my appointment would have to be canceled because the dentist would be on vacation. I didn’t even try to get ahold of someone to make a new appointment, because 90 percent of the time no one answers the phone. The best luck I’ve had is to call the main help line and leave a message with customer service to have the office call me back. I tried to give this place the benefit of the doubt (mostly because it’s already enough of a pain to transfer dental records), but I’d rather go somewhere that actually seems to value me as a patient."

"Terrible experience with Dental Works Beachwood location regarding and billing and communication. They've cancelled one of my appointments last year without notifying me and have called over 10 times to get it rescheduled. But I've never heard back. I've however also received 2 bills and whenever I call to inquire and pay the bill, there was never a response to that either. This has been going on for months. Very poor service."

"Staff was friendly, helpful and professional. However, I have received 3 bills in the mail for $447 dollars, and 2 bills in the mail for $0 dollars. Interestingly enough, the bills I received in the mail are for $30 dollars less than what I confirmed my insurance paid the office when I had my appointment. I have called the office upwards of 15 times and have not once heard back from anyone. Additionally, I have shown up twice to discuss and each time I was told the manager would be in contact with me. Unfortunately, this has been going on for a month now."

"Today was my first visit. I was pleasantly surprised upon entering the lobby. I was greeted with a warm welcoming smile by the secretary Mz. T. I loved her level of professionalism. Also Dr Davis was great and straight to the point, as well as efficient with his exam. He focused on the essential needs. The facility and the entire staff was AMAZING! Very CLEAN!!"

"My son had to have 2 wisdom teeth removed in the summer of 2022 and the billing office charged us for 4 (twice the price). The billing secretary told us that she would call the main office for reimbursement of the amount that was overpaid. We waited many weeks and never received reimbursement. I called customer services and went numerous times to speak directly with the office. We never got the money back!"
