"Maria on the front desk is very nice. Dr. Butriy seemed very nice, since I was there for a consultation. Veronica speaks little English, seems to be new to the country because she doesn't understand English well. The wait time was long. There is only 1 dentists but I am still scheduling to have my crowns done there. My friend had work done and his teeth look nice. I'm hoping to give him a 5 star once my teeth are done!"

"The dentists are fine. They're dentists, not a whole lot to say about a routine teeth cleaning. But for the love of God, hire more competent front desk personnel. I literally called to ask "This is the routine procedure that I'm calling about. Can you please check to see if my dental insurance is accepted at your establishment?" Response from receptionist: "Yes, we take that insurance." A few months later, I received a bill in the mail for several hundred dollars for a routine teeth cleaning. Please hire at least 1 person in your office capable of doing their job."

"I took my daughter for Wisdom Teeth removal. Appart from the doctor all the staff is absolutely horrible. Not a Hello, not a smile, not a goodbye. The assistant is in a bad mood all the time and only tells you to seat down and wait. After the removal we were given some antibiotics and pain medication. Well my daughter’s pain was such that the pain medication prescribed was not effective. I called three times the office and they told me three times that they won’t give her anything else and that she has to “take the pain”. As of today there is a much better pain management availability, if a medicine is not working for someone there are plenty more options but the doctor refused to even consider it. The lady at the front desk is rude and not friendly at all. What kind of dentist practice does/say that. I will strongly suggest to avoid that practice at all cost."
