"I lived here about 40 years ago. Back then the building was called Lakeside10. After reading some of posts here, I see the the residents today are still having the same issues I had 40 years ago. 40 years ago the walkways on the front of the building were crumbling away. I'm surprised to see the walkways are still there. 40 years ago I had to run the hot water for 10-20 minutes to get hot water for a shower. The parking under the building would flood after a heavy rain. One would think they would resolve some of these issues in 40 years."

"I really wish I could give this place negative stars. Please don’t move here. The elevators are always broken, the people that lived above me were using a power drill every single day for the 2 years I lived there. The office wouldn’t do anything about it. They didn’t tell us the right rent amount so we were paying over $50 extra every month and we’re never refunded that total amount. After about a year of paying extra, they told us. Very disrespectful people. Don’t move here."

"While I lay here listening to the dog above me bark incessantly, I wonder why both the landlord and tenant don't GAF about that dog? I mean, there's only so much sleep deprivation a person can take. Honestly. Future possible tenants, if you want a place where people are allowed to break the lease and have their dog bark at all hours, this is the place for you. Any current tenants, if you want out of your lease early, just complain about the barking dogs because the landlords answer is move. Spend your money and move. But hey, at no penalty. And no, police won't do anything. Neither will the dog warden even though the dog isn't licensed. We'll see if court does. And then I will move and the dogs owner can pay for that as well and the difference in my rent."

"I stayed there between Nov 21-Nov 22 and I miss it already. It was by far the best apartment I’ve lived at. Kennedy in the office is amazing and so are the other staff members. If I ever move back to Ohio, I’ll definitely come and live there again."

"Don’t let the online photos fool you because they photoshopped the exterior of the building. The walkways have huge cement patches under every single window, leaves me to believe the structure is deteriorating/expanding (yikes.) hopefully a piece of cement doesn’t fall on anyone’s head! I also put a $100 waitlist deposit down and was guaranteed to get that back if I change my mind (I never signed a lease). Well, I never saw that $100 again when I was VERY nice to the leasing consultant on why I cannot move. Scammers. It’s such a shame because the lake is beautiful."
