"I have a wife and a 1/12 year old and a 4 year old and we we agreed to sign a lease with Landlord Leasing for a house at 1457 Hollow Wood Lane in Avon Ohio. The leasing gent said the house would be cleaned up and in move in condition in 2 weeks, before we moved from Chicago. We left a wonderful home in Libertyville IL., had the moving truck loaded and arrived at the house we agreed to rent, referenced above with all our belongings. As we started to unload the truck we noticed how dirty the house was. The home owner left furniture in the house which made it impossible for us to set up our beds and furniture. Nothing had been done since a previous visit 2 weeks prior. The house was dirty, crayon marks on the walls in several rooms, dirty , dirty baseboards and mice poop everywhere. We were assured by the home owner of 1457 Hollow Wood and Landloard leasing that they would take care of everything promptly as our move in date was 12/18/23 a week before Christmas. They said they would make it right. After 3 days in a hotel, which the landlord leasing people said they would cover and then denied they would cover later we saw no progress on the cleaning of the house and the dealing with the rodent infestation. Calling with our concern, the leasing agent said "It sounds like you are never going to be happy so why not move on and we will give you the $5,390 back you advanced us. We cancelled the rental and they went back on their word to cover the hotel. we are also out for renting another truck and putting all our belongings into storage units in Avon while we have to live out of state, with family, until we find another home, at Christmas. The Grinch lives at Landlord Leasing in Lorain OH."

"Do not rent from them & do not hire them to manage your property. I have been trying all year to get them to fix some major issues & I cannot connect with the office or maintenance by phone. When repairs were done in the past they were cover up jobs. When my rental is fixed I'll change my review."

"I delivered the house last month and I received a letter of more than 3,000 that I have to pay for the door and floor that they delivered damaged and they are charging me. The back gate was delivered to me broken and I bought it at Home Depot and fixed it. Luckily when they delivered the house to me it was the same day that I took a photo of how they delivered it to me and the last day that I delivered it to them I also took a photo of the whole house because I know there are people who are bad and I didn't trust them. In the list it appears that they had to cover the holes in the walls and it is a lie, there is nothing, I have the photos and evidence! I do not recommend this agency at all . I am waiting with my lawyer that if my credit is damaged, I am going to sue him because I have the photos that I did not leave the house damaged"

"There is so much I have to say please feel free to reach out and ask me. Here is what I can say when you leave and they give you what THEY want of a refund the bottom of the deduction statement says if you have any questions or concerns to call with the number. Don’t bother I have called and left messages and spoke to Becky who said she would call back and doesn’t. I mean they deducted for hanging 2 closet doors which I PROMISE is NOT true. Also deducted for yard clean up. I cleaned up all the leaves and sticks in the yard and EVEN mowed in the middle of December. I filled 6 brown bags for the road. I even cleaned up weeds behind the garage. Lastly, they deducted for clean and sanitize the house. I paid for the carpets to be cleaned. I did everything on their list. How??? This is $175 of MY money that they are keeping. How many other people have they done this to? It’s not right!"
