Evergreen Village Townhomes

"My husband, son and I lived here for 2 years and never really had any problems. Julissa is an amazing property manager, great at her job and tends to any concerns very quickly and efficiently! I will say, given the minimal space and storage, the townhomes aren’t worth the rising rent prices. The newly renovated units are beautiful though! Also, having to pay $100 a month for water was overboard. Overall, it’s a quiet neighborhood, everyone is friendly and we never had any issues with anyone!"

"They are turning them into really nice and updated units. Julissa (office manager) gets things taken care of quickly. The maintenance man is a sweetheart and works so hard making everything nice. Only downfall is the $100/mo for water and trash."

"We've had a great experience living in Evergreen Village! Alexander, the manager, has always been so helpful to us since the beginning. We have the only completely remodeled unit and it has some really beautiful features. It is definitely the best deal in the city of Lorain not to mention the quiet and convenient neighborhood. We would definitely continue to live here if it weren't for our expanding family and the need for more space. We're definitely sad to go!"

"Well I have to say that in the beginning everything was peaches and cream, The manager Alexander looked very nice and understanding. But after we moved in everything took a turn to the worst first we had paid a month in advance of rent and a couple days later on a Friday we were put a eviction notice at our door telling us we had 3 days to move! We were so mad and embarrassed our next door neighbor saw it . They had taped it infront of the main door. Thank God we had the receipt as proof that we did pay a month in advance. And the light bill in this property is horrible! Get prepare to pay from 300.00 to 400.00 dollars in light Bill. I have to say that the maintenance guy is a very respectful and good person. Oh yeah and another thing you do pay water here . I had money withdrawal from my account without any notice from the company in charge of this property Fillmore, every month. In short words if you want to live in peace do not move here! And don't listen to the persons that put good reviews because they don't even live in that property. Good luck if you move here"
